Exercise 8 - HDI for North America, South America, and the Carribean

Earth kept crashing when I tried to move the files from the countries.kml file to the HDI folder, so I had to rename the Countries folder to HDI.  This meant that I could not download the countries.kml file more than once.  If I did, it would have deleted the work that I had done previously.  Because of this, I had to change the border color for each country individually.  This is why there is nothing in the Countries folder.
